Roobrik announces acquisition by Aline

Today, we’re excited to announce Jurassic’s portfolio company, Roobrik, has been acquired by Aline, a leading software company focused on senior living operations.

Roobrik, a Durham, NC-based software company that provides a sales & marketing automation platform to senior living communities in North America, was cofounded in 2013 by CEO Nate O’Keefe who started the company after experiencing difficulty navigating care decisions for family members and “panic-Googling” concerns first hand. Through Health Decision tools, he saw a massive opportunity to create value for many individuals and their loved ones as they navigated care. In late 2018, Roobrik specialized in Senior Living and has become a trusted market leader for Senior Living Communities nationwide, partnering with 130+ organizations, 1,300+ communities. Roobrik enhances the customer acquisition process for businesses in the space through decision-making assessment software that enables individuals and their loved ones to make informed decisions.

After a long relationship with Nate spanning years before our investment, we invested $3.0M in October 2022. Congratulations to Nate and the whole Roobrik team! We’ve enjoyed this journey with them and are excited for their next evolution alongside Aline.
