Jurassic is led by Joe Colopy and Kevin Mosley and based out of Durham, North Carolina.

We are experienced operators who have spent time at B2B software companies like Bronto Software, NetSuite, Oracle, Red Hat, and Bandwidth.

WHAT WE DO

We do minority and majority growth equity investments in B2B software companies.

Our target investments fit this profile:

  • B2B software companies, ideally SaaS.

  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) between $1m and $5m.

  • Positive EBITDA or a realistic path to get there in the short-term.

  • Located in the Southeast United States. We are located in Durham (NC) and can add the most value to companies located close to us.

Joe co-founded Bronto Software, a cloud-based marketing automation software company, in 2002. Thirteen years later, Bronto was sold to NetSuite for $200m after scaling to over $40m in revenue and 250 employees.
