For the last 5 years, we’ve had every Jurassic portfolio company present a Quarterly Board Scorecard at the front of every quarterly board deck (behind the Exec Summary). We built it to get everyone on the same page and allow board meetings to get into what’s most important, quicker. By hitting the same metrics each quarter and showing trends against past quarters and over the last 12 months, it also creates accountability.
