We do minority and majority growth equity investments in B2B software companies. Every company is like a snowflake, unique and special in its own way. That being said, we tend to invest in companies that fit this profile:

  • B2B software companies, ideally SaaS.
  • Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) between $1m and $10m.
  • Positive EBITDA or a realistic path to get there in the short-term.
  • Located in the Southeast United States, ideally close to Durham, North Carolina so we can provide the most value.
